Sparkling Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 c Yogurt, plain or -fruit-flavored
  • 2 c Chopped fresh fruit
  • Freshly grated nutmeg - pinch
  • 2/3 c Ice-cold champagne, -sparkling water or ginger -ale
  • Mint sprigs (opt) -OR Fruit slices (opt) -(for garnish)

Sparkling Fruit Smoothie

Directions

  1. Combine the yogurt, fruit, and nutmeg in a blender; process until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses, filling 3/4 full. Top offwith champagne, sparkling water or ginger ale.
  3. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with mint sprigs or fruit slices, ifdesired.
