A fruit and yogurt smoothie is a quick, easy and healthy way to get more fruit and calcium into your child's diet.

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 1/2 cup Dannon Vanilla Yogurt (fat free)
  • 3/4 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 whole frozen strawberry container
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate

Banana Yogurt Smoothie

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender, add ice to fill blender and blend.
