Ingredients

  • 3 nectarines, peeled and de-stoned
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • crushed ice
  • 2 Tbsp grenadine

Saint Smoothie

Directions

  1. Place the nectarines and bananas into a blender along with the yogurt and whisk it all together until it has a goodconsistency.
  2. Fill the glasses a quarter with crushed ice, and pour over the grenadine.
  3. Top the glass up therest of the way with the smoothie mixture, and enjoy.
