This Apple Smoothies with peaches to make healthy, scrumptious apple juice. These stone fruit combine to make amazing, tasty smoothies for kids and adults.

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh peach
  • 1/3 cup non-fat milk
  • 1/4 cup of frozen apple juice concentrate

Peach Apple Smoothie

Directions

  1. Peal 1 fresh peach. Cut it into thin slices.
  2. Put into a plastic bag with a zipper bag, laying flat.
  3. Put the plastic baginto the freezer for 1-2 hours. Take out 1/4 of the peaches and break them into pieces.
  4. Mix in a blender with 1/3cup of milk and 1/4 cup of frozen apple juice concentrate.
  5. Cover and blend until smooth.
  6. Pour into a glass, andadd more peach slices for peachy ice cubes!
