HI Fiber Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup stemmed and halved strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla soymilk
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 ice cubes
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in blender and whip until smooth.
- If berries are not fully ripe, add a little honey or sugarsubstitute for sweetness
