Hawaiian Silk Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 Tbs. maple syrup
- 2 Tbs. nonfat dry milk
- Ice cubes
- 1 Tbs. coconut milk
Directions
- Put all ingredients into blender.
- Blend until smoothie consistency is reached!
