Ingredients
- 6-8 oz plain yogurt
- ½ banana
- 1 cup of frozen fruit (usually strawberries, raspberries, and/or blueberries)
- 4-5 oz plain soy milk
- a dash of vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of honey
