Ingredients

  • 1/2 cantaloupe - peeled, seeded and cubed
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar

Cantalope Berry Smoothie

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine cantaloupe chunks, yogurt, raspberries and sugar.
  2. Blend until smooth. Pour into glassesand serve.
