Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons low fat natural yogurt 1-2 teaspoons honey (to taste)
  • 180ml cold milk (low fat or soy may be used)
  • Nutmeg

Banana Spice Smoothie

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients, except nutmeg, into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass, sprinkle withnutmeg if desired and serve immediately.
  2. For a delicious nutty taste, try adding 1 tablespoon of slivered almondsto the blender.
