Banana Spice Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana, chopped
- 2 tablespoons low fat natural yogurt 1-2 teaspoons honey (to taste)
- 180ml cold milk (low fat or soy may be used)
- Nutmeg
Directions
- Place all ingredients, except nutmeg, into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass, sprinkle withnutmeg if desired and serve immediately.
- For a delicious nutty taste, try adding 1 tablespoon of slivered almondsto the blender.
