This Smoothie has the right amount of sweetness and it is bursting with apple and cinnamon flavour, yet creamy and light.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup frozen vanilla nonfat yogurt
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup apple juice, chilled
  • 1 cup apple, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions

  1. Combine the frozen yogurt, applesauce, and apple juice in a blender.
  2. Add the apple, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Blend until smooth.
