Apple Coconut Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/4 c Apple juice
- 1 pn Coconut -- grated OR_ -1 Tbsp coconut milk
- 1/2 ea Banana
- 1/4 ts Ginger root -- fresh,peeled -grated
- 1/2 c -Crushed ice -- or 2 small ice -Cubes
Directions
Blend all until smooth.
