  • 1 Cup fresh Apple Cider
  • 4-6 Strawberries with stem left on
  • 1 Frozen Banana 1 cup Yogurt (Sugar & Fat Free flavored)
  • ¼ cup Almonds
  • 2 Tbs. Wheat Germ
