Fried Beef with Green Peppers

Always tenderise the beef – yes, even fillet beef. The extra effort is well worth it as the resulting beef melts in the mouth.

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Steak Tips
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tsp. Cornstarch
  • 4 Green Peppers, Thinly Sliced
  • 4 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Fried Beef with Green Peppers

Directions

  1. In a large frying pan, saute the Steak Tips in Olive Oil,Soy Sauce and Cornstarch, until beef is browned. AddPeppers and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Cook until peppers are tender, but crisp, about 10minutes. Serve over rice.
